Whether you are doing some form of #advertising, #communication, #marketing or #directsales, this is the golden rule to follow.

You always have to pique the interest of your customer/consumer and that can only happen when you communicate outside-in:

  • Understanding the issues and challenges of your customer.
  • Forming your insights out of it.
  • Then providing solutions that address those issues.
